We didn't set out to build a clinic. We set out to build the kind of place where anyone would feel safe sending their loved ones. Twelve years later, that's exactly what we've done.
OUR STORY
From A Dream To Delaware's Most Trusted Clinic
Founded in 2012 by husband and wife George Rodriguera and Anne Acacio, PT Works Delaware was born from a simple but powerful belief: healthcare should feel human.
George was working as an outpatient therapist, and Anne in a skilled nursing facility. Both were excellent at their craft, but both felt that something was missing in the system: time, connection, and the sense that a patient was truly seen and cared for, not just processed.
So they built something different. In their first year, PT Works sealed four contracts as therapy providers for home health agencies across New Castle to Sussex counties. Today, their outpatient clinic in Milford serves families throughout Delaware and Maryland, while Anne continues providing home health services for patients who need care at home.
They haven't forgotten where they started, and they haven't changed how they work. Every patient is treated like family. Every session matters. Every family who trusts them gets their very best.

Dr. George Rodriguera
PT, DPT, MS, COMT, Cert MDT, Cert DN, FAAOMPT
George Rodriguera earned his Bachelor's in Physical Therapy in the Philippines, his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, and a Master's in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy from Daemen College in New York. He holds a Fellowship from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists and is a lecturer and examiner with the Institute of Physical Therapy Advancements. His certifications include the McKenzie Method, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Laser Therapy, and Kinesio Taping. Since 2008, he has practiced in outpatient, hospital, and home health settings across Delaware.
