WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE US
We're Not Your Average Clinic. We're Family.
We don't treat conditions. We care for people. Everything about our practice is built around that belief.
Treated Like Family, Every Visit
We remember names, ask about grandchildren, and celebrate milestones. Every interaction, from the first call to the final session, is warm and unhurried.
Expert Care, Clinically Proven
Advanced certifications in the techniques that help seniors regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the life they love. Safely and confidently.
A Place Your Family Can Trust
Family-owned for over a decade. Small by design. Your loved one is never just another appointment. We answer every question and keep families informed every step of the way.

OUR STORY
Built By A Family, For Yours
In 2012, husband and wife George and Anne Rodriguera launched PT Works Delaware out of a shared frustration: healthcare was too impersonal. They built the clinic they always wished existed: small enough to know every patient's name, skilled enough to treat the most complex conditions. Today, their practice serves families across Delaware and Maryland. Their philosophy hasn't changed: when your doctor sends someone to us, they're entrusting us with someone they care about. We never forget that.
WHAT WE TREAT
Specialized Care For Every Stage Of Life
McKenzie Method
Uses spinal extension exercises to centralize pain, treating the source rather than just symptoms in extremities.
Vestibular & Concussion Treatment
Exercise-based programs to promote vestibular adaptation and safely accelerate return to work, school, or sports.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Focuses on rehabilitating pelvic floor muscles to address dysfunction or injury.
Spinal and Joint Mobilization
Manual therapy techniques that restore joint motion to reduce stiffness and alleviate pain.
LSVT BIG
Trains individuals with Parkinson’s to recalibrate movements, improving balance, walking, and daily functional tasks.
Dry Needling
Uses thin needles to stimulate myofascial trigger points and connective tissues for pain management.
